How do you select the right tenants for my property?

Our tenant selection criteria have been designed to ensure we are only choosing potential residents who will pay rent on time, take good care of the property, and won’t cause any disruptions to the neighbourhood. We achieve this through the initial information on their application forms, contacting their past landlords and employers, and checking their rental history to inform us on their suitability as tenants.

When do I get paid?

Payments are taken out of our trust account into your nominated account at the mid and end of each month – resulting in two payments per month. These payments are never delayed, even if the nominated date takes place on a weekend or public holiday.
